There is an application fee of $100.00 for Evergreen Fire District Plan Reviews This amount will be taken off final cost of permit fee. This Fee is due within 30 days of payment notification from EFR Fire Prevention of completion of review. Once you have completed the form below, attach the plan you are requesting to be reviewed through the Plans File Submission button at the bottom of the form. Plan drawings must be sent digitally via the form below. Hardcopy plan drawings are not accepted.
