Fire Operations

In order to meet the needs of our growing community our infrastructure includes eight stations located strategically to ensure ample coverage for the 121 square miles of the district. In addition to the eight stations the district has one administration building, one fleet maintenance facility, and one training building. While all stations house apparatus for fire or EMS response, only stations 2 and 4 staffed 24/7/365.

Our volunteer firefighters are trained and certified to respond to a vast array of emergency calls including, but not limited to, fire and smoke alarms, structure fires, wildland fires, motor vehicle accidents and fires, hazardous waste spills, carbon monoxide alarms, emergency medical calls, backcountry rescues, swift water and ice rescues and special events held within the district.
