Evergreen Fire Rescue makes meeting rooms available in our administration building at 1802 Bergen Parkway when possible. Entities using the facilities must be a non-profit group or organization and be willing to provide the District with a damage deposit prior to use of the facilities and sign a usage agreement. For further information or to check availability contact us at 303-674-3145.

To submit the Facility Usage Agreement:

  1. Open the link provided below.
  2. Fill in the information highlighted on the agreement, pages 3 and 4.
  3. Save the completed agreement to your computer.
  4. You may submit the completed agreement in four ways:
    1. Email the completed form to Carol by clicking on the submit email link at the bottom of page 4. Note: You may need to save the agreement to your documents and then attach it to an email unless you are using microsoft outlook to send the email.
    2. Fax the completed form to 303-674-8701, Attention: Carol
    3. Mail the completed agreement to:

      Evergreen Fire Rescue
      1802 Bergen Parkway
      Evergreen CO 80439 
    4. Bring the agreement to the Administration Office between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
    5. You will receive a return email or a phone call to confirm the reservation.
